At Fran’s Hair, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the nature of hair products, we operate a strict but fair returns and exchanges policy to ensure hygiene, quality, and transparency.

Eligibility for Returns or Exchanges

For hygiene and quality control reasons, hair products are eligible for return or exchange only if they meet the conditions below:

  1. The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in its original condition.
  2. The product must be in its original packaging with all seals intact.
  3. The request must be made within 24 hours of delivery.

Any product that has been worn, installed, altered, washed, combed, colored, cut, or tampered with is not eligible for return or exchange.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Installed or used hair products
  • Custom-made units or special orders
  • Products altered by heat, chemicals, or styling
  • Sale or discounted items unless otherwise stated

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are permitted only for issues related to incorrect items sent or verified product defects. All exchange requests must be approved after inspection. Once approved, the customer may exchange for the same item or another item of equal value. Any price difference will be settled accordingly.

Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our support team within 24 hours of receiving your order. Provide your order number, clear photos or videos of the item, and a brief description of the issue. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Refund Policy

Refunds are issued only when an exchange is not possible. Approved refunds will be processed within 5 to 10 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was on our part.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error or defect from Fran’s Hair. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost during return transit.
